History

Owner Destin Ferdun graduated from University of Oregon’s Bachelor of Architecture program in 1991 having received a honors scholarship and a lighting research grant. He completed his architectural internship at Soderstrom Architects and was then hired on at Fletcher Farr Ayotte (FFA) as an Architect and Computer Systems Manager.

As an Architect at FFA, Destin worked on a wide variety of project types and supported the firm's Project Managers in project tracking and budgets. In 1998, Destin joined friends who had started the firm Lundin Cole Architects (LCA)

A year after joining LCA, Destin was invited to become a partner in the firm. The next five years saw great growth in the company and its revenues. Destin moved on in early 2006 to pursue his expertise and interest in real estate development services having regularly provided these extended services for his clients while at LCA.

Destin graduated from Portland State University’s Masters Certificate in Real Estate Development in Spring 2006 and is now Sole Proprietor of Lunabridge, a company providing development and land use assistance. In 2007, Destin started working part-time for Proud Ground as a Project Manager on workforce homeownership projects. Proud Ground provides a unique and sustainable approach to housing equity.
