INTRODUCTION

Lunabridge provides real estate development and land stewardship assistance for select clientele. The firm focuses on multi-family and mixed use housing, urban landscapes, and sustainability, but has experience in a wide variety of project types and supportive roles.

Sole Proprietor Destin Ferdun is a registered Architect with over 18 years of architectural and development support experience. Past major clients have included Wild Oats, the State of Oregon Department of Administrative Services, Catholic Charities, Reach CDC, St Vincent de Paul of Lane County, and ShelterCare.

Currently Destin is providing affordable and supportive housing development assistance on a variety of projects in Metropolitan Portland and Eugene.

Svaboda Court - Website Active

The Svaboda Court project is on target to complete construction at the end of June. A project website including time-lapse construction video and construction photos is active. Svaboda Court is a development of 12 homes around a Shared Court and Greenspace on a small SE Portland infill lot. The project homes are slated to be LEED for Homes Platinum, High Performance Homes, and to meet NW Energy Star standards. http://www.svabodacourt.org
